Janine is a founder and director of Communicate Consultants. She has over twenty years’ training experience specialising in verbal communication skills; working with groups ranging from senior management to raw recruits in both the private and public sectors Over the past two years Janine has also worked with people in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur on Leadership and Influencing.
Janine is accredited to the DiSC Behavioural Style Inventory; certified in the frameworks of the Conflict Resolution Network of Australia and is a member of the Human Resources Institute and the NZATD. She is a member of a prominent Leadership Development team. In her dark distant past she held a Diploma of Nursing and at the time was the youngest nursing tutor ever appointed in New Zealand.
Communicate Consultants provides specifically tailored programmes in the fields of presentation, team building, leading effective meetings, managing conflict, leadership, time management and building resilience. They provide individual coaching in all these fields as well as group programmes. Communicate also facilitates meetings for an increasing number of organisations. Janine enjoys the challenge of working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. She is dynamic and energetic. “Her sessions are lively and effective and a highlight of senior management meetings.”
Janine has a strong commitment to community affairs. She is a past President of Zonta Wellington and involved in their commitment to enhancing the rights of women globally. Recently Janine tested her team building skills by sailing from Wellington to Tonga. In her spare time she enjoys reading, travelling and the vibrant arts in NZ.
