An opportunity to listen to our panel members answer questions on all aspects of delivering successful projects in a variety of environments. These might include questions on the role of the orchestra and the conductor (the project team and PM), the relationship between the composer and the listener (stakeholder management) and the different genres of music (project environments)!
Panelists include Dr David Hillson, Phil Sprey, and Jane Farley.
